A pool is the most demanding excavation on any block. We dig the shell to shape — deep ends, steps, benches — then lay out reinforcement and pour the concrete shell in one continuous sequence. One crew handles the dig and the pour, so the set-out stays true.

Set out & layout
We peg out the pool on your block to match the design — checking setbacks, levels and the fall of the land before a machine moves. String lines and survey marks lock in the shape and position so everything ties back to your house and yard.
Excavation
Our operator digs the pool to full depth — deep end, steps and benches all cut to spec. Spoil is loaded out or spread to suit the site, and we trim the walls and floor clean so the shell has a true base to sit on.
Plumbing & steel
Skimmer boxes, returns, main drains and any spa jets are piped through the shell, then the steel cage is tied — bars on the floor and walls, chaired to height so the concrete cover stays consistent right through.
Concrete shell pour
The shell is sprayed in one continuous pour — floor, walls and bond beam built up in a single hit so there are no cold joints. We rod and level the concrete, then finish the top edge to line and level.
Cure & waterproof
The shell is left to cure, then the interior is rendered and waterproofed. Internal fittings — skimmers, lights, returns — are finished off and the pool is tested and made ready for the coping and tiling to follow.
Finish & handover
Coping, tiling, paving and the surrounding slab go down, the pool is filled, balanced and commissioned. You're handed a finished pool ready to swim — dug, poured and finished by one crew.
